Can you do the artwork and design work in-house?

Facilities are available in our own studios or we can advise clients' own agents.

What file formats can you accept when sending Artwork?

When sending us Artwork files we accept the following file formats:
Adobe Acrobat/Distiller 7 (Uncoded PDF), Adobe Illustrator CS2 (EPS,AI), Adobe Photoshop CS2 (PSD), Adobe InDesign CS2 (INDD), TBA.

What are the colour specifications?

The colours should be specified using standard Pantone references.

Do you provide any cutter guides?

We have a list of cutter guides that you can download via our Specifications page.

What are the different types of paper and handle materials available?

A wide range of papers and handles are available, details on request.

What bags or products can you supply that are environmentally friendly?

We can provide a full, detailed report on the environmental footprint of our products. Details on request.

How do you ensure quality control?

Pre-production proofs are available. Our manufacturers have their own QA arrangements, plus we perform spot checks on every consignment of work.

What are your turnaround times?

We are flexible to meet clients' requirements.

What special delivery services do you offer?

Special delivery requirements can be met by our personal delivery service, e.g: to difficult locations or for clients who have difficulty with porterage.

Do you provide a warehousing and distribution service?

We are able to supply this service, including stock management and usage reports either monthly or at the clients' request.
